jp, you're absolutely right - it doesn't matter what I think. But it does matter what the market thinks. And when it comes to tmmi, the market doesn't think about it at all. Given the historically high profits in the U.S. today, don't you think that if the tax loss carry forward had value that it would have been gobbled up a long time ago? You see, you're so focused on the tax aspects that you refuse to see that the market has spoken. Given that we don't have a clue what side deals have been cut, it's entirely possible that tax benefits, if any, are already spoken for to current tmmi parties of interest.

While I'm talking about tmmi's worthlessness, doesn't it bother you at least a little bit that the principal officers don't have any stock? At least that's what someone (not me) asserted on this thread recently. Hello? Clue line? If the guys running the show don't own stock, what does that tell you?

Arnie

"Software", aka Ron Peters, speaks once again this morning on that other thread and says:

"Still here and still sitting on some good information. Received a second request last month to withhold, pending a PR. I agreed ,this time with enthusiasm, because I now know that if I had posted what I had learned , the ongoing agreement talks would have ceased. My only thought here now, is to advise a little more patience as it will pay off. Sorry to be so vague. R."

FWIW.

jp, I didn't think Arnie had voiced his opinion about the tax-loss value AFTER you had checked on the technicalities of the law, so I wondered how he factored that value into his views on TMMI.

Like I said before, I have plenty of TMMI patience now and hope these new faces showing up (both here and the new buyers) will hang in there as well.
