I spoke to James Tedder again this afternoon about all the dumping of the shares. He has a call into the CEO at the trade show and said he would call me as soon as he got any word from the company as to where all these additional shares came from.

I told him it was pertinent that the CEO and the company addressed this issue ASAP for the company's sake. Even if the company did do some kind of financing which he is unaware of as of today; they need to stop the bleeding if they even want to attract new investors.

I told him, so many of these companies wind up doing these 504's for quick fix solution cause they got to pay the mortgage on the house and six months down the road the company is doing a reverse split.

I told him, "stock wasn't even trading 3 days ago and if ALFN wants to continue to have investor interest in the stock; they need to get on someone's ass real quick or this buying will dry up immediately and the stock will go dead."

I told him, "I will be one of the first to tell everyone to stay clear of ALFN if the trend continues." "There are over 600,000 publicly traded companies and today's investor will take their money and move it somewhere else lickety split!"

I expect a call back first thing tomorrow.

I also told him to take the time and read the SI thread to let him know investor sentiment.

I have no problem with a company doing a 504 or any other type of financing that causes share dilution, but I expect them to use a little common sense when doing one.
