What's everyone's take on todays news that NAVR plans to file with the SEC to spinoff NetRadio in the next several weeks? Glenn

C McD Regarding the earliest or latest IDTC will be IPO/spun off: Debenture holders of IDTC, (or something like that), have until Feb 17 to vote on allowing the internet division to be disbursed. I think it is unlikely that IDTC will announce anything about it until then. It is possible that IDT could get enough votes in early to announce before the 17th, but I doubt it. The announcement of what is going to happen will probably come shortly after Feb 17. Then we will probably know what is going to be done, who is going to buy it, (if it gets sold or IPOed), and who is going to underwrite it. Hope this helps Bill Z
