As I posted on the NAVR thread

THIS IS POSITIVE!! This is the first official press release confirming the IPO will be filed. The first "in writing" statement from the Co. Their was nothing significant about the 60 day period, nothing legal or binding. Just a statement from the Co.
NAVR said itself in the CC they would meet the 60 days with a press release if they weren't going to actually file by the SELF IMPOSED 60 day period. And that they did!

Hey guess what, An offering With an allowance of share allotment of IPO shares as a dividend to holders of record takes more time to file. Get the hint?

We may or may not get a dip at the open, but smart money will come in fast, This is a definate accumulate up to the IPO. This will eventually outperform MALL & DBCC during their IPO run IMO

"What's everyone's take on todays news that NAVR plans to file"

Well, I am sure I will get flamed for this, but I think this is a cheesy, low class, hype job. They have been formally saying they will do this IPO for months in prior statements and as part of SEC filings. They work it into all press releases, including the hiring of a CEO for NAVR. After each announcement of the same ol' news the stock goes up and then pulls back. There is an obvious attempt to continually hype their IPO prospects to keep their stock price up Do you see legit companies doing this for real IPO products? I don't.

I am not saying this won't trade up, but it will be based alot on their hype. I have not seen any numbers yet on the number of shares NAVR will own afterwards to determine the amount of bucks they will getting from the deal. I do wonder if once they do announce if we will see a sell on the news scenario. Just MHO, that is all. Not an invitation for shots.

On the same topic, has anyone gotten NetRadio to work even semi-flawsley over dial-up lines? Does anyone think this service is better than RealAudio's radio offering and others? Just curious.

Just 2 cents from .com!
