I would not use the term "dump" besides, this is just a fraction of the shares used for IDT's aquisitions last year. Also, the prospectus does not say the WILL sell their shares it's just a filing so that they can sell the previously restricted shares as of today and If they so desire what better time than now when expectations are for MUCH higher prices this is just a way of takin' care of a few people. I would think that if they indeed know what is coming they would be holding a bit and either way 174K shares will not have a major impact....it's doubtful that all the shares will be sold in a "block".

This filing is meaningless. Some small guys want to pay some bills.
