My source about the companys denial comes from a broker friend with a very sizable position....besides which.....If they had told a single soul that a financing had been completed or was under way, dont you think someone would have posted that information.... Isnt it interesting that no one besides myself is claiming that a financing was done.......It seems the blame is on the market makers and all sorts of other excuses as to why the stock had no follow thru...... make sense........??? mike
