Mark,

Yea, I guess I'm getting gun shy... expecting to be slammed for
nything I say. I just know how sensitive Tom F seems to be to my
posts that I figured I'd again, somehow upset him.

Anyway, you are right. Nobody should be slammed for stating opinions
on this thread... but it still happens. As for J/L, yes, they had ample
time and were unable to prove their process. But does this mean they
should be thrown out and not able to play in the future ? Things do
change.... processes do change and new knowledge is gained.

My position is that * No person or group should be cast aside as long
as they are willing to work without receiving any $$ until the process
is proven.... and proven again.

My view has nothing to do with J/L or any other specific process.
I was brought into this debacle with the intent of making money. This,
regardless of our differences of opinion regarding anything else, is
the one thing we all have in common. We all want to make money
and nothing else matters.

My final viewpoint is that management is doing nothing to help with
this ultimate goal. I have had Russ tell me that he does not care what
the price of the stock is (this was when it was at $ 3.00 and he
obviously meant it). On the other hand, stock price is the only thing
that matters to me. With such an obvious difference in viewpoint, how
can anyone think management is really working for the shareholders.
** Remember, the lower the stock price, management can issue themselves cheaper stock.** So, ..... you can all ask yourselves,
how much has management done for me lately..... and why ?
