Withhold the use of technology from a harmonized international standard

Is WCDMA a harmonized standard? No. Then maybe its a slam at ERICY, although I think it's really intended for both Q and ERICY.All those IS95 carriers cannot view Q as villain.

Au Contraire! The Q must have something they want and aren't getting for free. I wonder what that could be? <g>.

Anyone think that the q should drop phones and infrastructure, and just focus on chips?
