I have gotten burned before. Who hasn't?! BIGC - got into this at the opening under 2 They are a bagel business who agreed to merge with VillageNet and Intelligent Computer Sol. It's kinda like buying an ipo. A private company merges with an already public company - then they become public by the merge. I don't know too much about this so called "reverse merger" but it apparently cuts out a lot of red tape that is involved in going public. Anyone else out there who knows more regarding this subject please add or correct me if I am wrong. Anyhow check the volume and the float. I will not make any guess as to where it will go - hopefully to 5 but I might bail out before.
