One thing I do know is the MMs, BISH and AXCS are still on the offer and anyone buying in at these levels is going to have to sit on their investment for a while til these guys are gone.

I have some very good friends who trade in OTC blocks.....504's etc......I called one of them up yesterday and asked him if he has ever been shown any blocks of AFLN.......He said that he was show 1 million shares back in oct....apparently the stock was higher at that time....He was extremely close to doing the deal until a third party stuck their nose into it.....anyways...the other party got the block.... Which coincides with what i had heard from the PR guy who claimed that he wasnt aware of any financing being done at this time....He told me that back in october they did a small 504 for $300,000+.....Which meant that they could only do $700,000 recently ($1 mil per year)..... take the $700,000...divide it by .125 cents and you have about 5 million + shares......i believe the overhang is around 1-2 million.....maybe less......but bishop and ax are still selling.... mike
