.25 is as low as we will go expecially with my 50,000 buy order at .24 Maybe I will up it a tad... looks strong here at .25 not much selling or downside risk Scoot

ciVic, Level two shows all the market makers in a given stock on Nasdaq or otcbb. The MM's post a bid and ask and the lowest asking price and highest bidding price become the best ask/bid or inside market. We've been watching two MM's who are only on the sell side(the ask). Everytime another MM posted an ask one of these guys has bested it forcing the ask down. They seem determined to unload their positions and the speculation has been those positions came from some sort of financing recently completed by the company. An uptick from here may signal a relief from the selling or it could be a head fake to draw in more buyers. The jury's still out at this point,best,p.b.
