Part of the January 25th News Release...... Jordex Resources Inc. ("Jordex") has retained Hamilton Group LLC ("Hamilton"), of White Plains, NY, to assist Jordex in the identification and investigation of new business opportunities. This engagement reflects the continuing commitment of Jordex management to redirect the Company's business, as previously announced. Jordex's agreement with Hamilton calls for the issuance of stock options to Hamilton and the payment of a fee upon the successful completion of a transaction. In addition, Hamilton or one of its affiliates will purchase 800,000 shares of Jordex in a private placement from the treasury at a price of $0.48 per share. And yesterdays release..... Jordex completes private placement Wed 17 Feb 99 Release Mr. Brian Hinchcliffe reports The private placement reported in Stockwatch Jan. 25, 1999 was completed on Feb. 16, 1999. An affiliate of Hamilton Group LLC has purchased 800,000 common shares at 48 cents. Does this mean there has been a successful transaction?
