It sure sound like the transaction was completed to me. I give it some more attention later.

This just means that Hamilton is now locked in for the long run not that the deal is done. However now that Hamilton has offically put their money on the line we can expect some work to be done. The next news release will probably be the closing of Mr. Civelli private placement followed by the announcement of the new business deal.

We have been stuck in a narrow trading range for the past month with the resistance levels probably dictated by last years support level from March to May. Its going to take some good news to push this stock over the .70-.75 mark. However since Mr. Civelli performed his private placement at .60 and there is likely a large resistance level at .55-.58 I can't see the price falling much farther than today until the news about the new business is released. In my opinion we will see at narrow trading range between .58-.68 until some real news is released.

My bid at .62 got hit yesterday so I'm in for a few more shares. However I'm already in for a huge chunk now so I am waiting for any buys below .60 to grab anymore shares.

Best Regards
KEITH
