I have a Watley account for equities and an account with Brown & Co. for options. I would prefer to have Watley handle my option trades and would gladly transfer my account from Brown if naked writing was allowed. In the mean time I will be on the lookout for a full service firm with the speed and richness of Ultimate Trader and the options flexibility of Brown. When that day comes it will be Watley's loss and another broker's gain.

Brett,

It appears that WATLEY is having some major technical difficulties today. I guess Watley isn't 100% foolproof from the problems of other popular online brokers.

I couldn't place trades through Watley desk and Nasdaq and my quote screen froze on me today. This is deja vu all over again. I had trading problems with Datek and then Brown. That's why I jumped ship and joined Watley. Looks like I may have to look around again.

Hey Brett,

I am up and running today with the UT demo. I am very impressed! I feel like before I was using stone tools!

I do have a few questions, if you don't mind.

1) Does UT support multiple monitors, or is that done through WIN98?

2) On the MarketMaker window, what does #Best refer?

3) Is it possible in demo mode to "practice trade", either during or outside market hours?

I'm sure more will follow.

Thanks,
Jeff
