I disagree. The price of UIHIA should track UPC very closely. The current value of UIHIA's holding in UPC is somewhere in the middle to high 2.x Billion or low 3.x Billion (depending on post-IPO price). the rest of their holdings are at most 700 million. I guarantee you that the market will insure that UIHIA will track UPCOY.
