TEMECULA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 10, 1999--Capital Asset Management LLC and Solutions Media Inc. assisted in the arrangement of $325,000 capital infusion to Peacock Financial Corp. (OTC BB:PFCK) last week.

Capital Asset Management was founded in 1990 and is a full-service consulting firm specializing in asset protection and management, investment banking and other financial and business-planning services. Their staff specializes in clients ranging from $0.5 to $5 million.

Solutions Media is primarily a "New Media Venture" firm that is in the process of developing a standardized interface for convergence technologies. In order to generate revenues to fund the research and development of their convergence products, Solutions Media plans to offer the components of their convergence interface in the form of services as they come to completion. One such release is planned for next week.

Solutions Media's talented team of designers, engineers, marketers, and project managers are also building Web sites and is providing Web-based marketing services for private corporations.

Solutions Media has presented more than $3 million in proposals in the month of January 1999, many of which can be credited to Capital Asset Management and were requested from their attendance at the Regional Investment Bankers Association (RIBA) meeting and The Money Show.

Peacock Financial Corp., an investment holding company based in San Jacinto, Calif., is an equity partner of Solutions Media, and intends, with the help of Capital Asset Management (http://www.worldassetpros.com) to take the company public later this year.
