Simple, I started following them BEFORE they went public, when they were a little company in N or W Van, and I never bought. Then my buddy built their new head office and bugged me about buying into it, I didn't, neither did he. Plus he built their head office where I can see it from the front deck of my house, used to be all bush there, now there is a golf course, Future Shop's head office (the sucker built that one too, and Ballard. They have screwed up my view in the winter. In the summertime there are more leaves on the trees and I can't see it so am not reminded as much. Now I want to sell that house but the market is not great and it's worth about $75,000 less than it was a few years ago. How's that, good enough?
