The increase "is" small. Focus on the 45.7 million
shares traded. With that volume, the price should
be "at least" 0.20, not .08 to .09 If it were not
for the large blocks being dumped, we could have
seen 0.20 easily. My question still remains unanswered:
Who or what is dumping the large blocks?

Sometimes we forget that, don't we? The volume is good and hopefully accumulation is occuring too.
