I don't tend to pay attention to insider moves. While some people find them to be indicative of something, I don't.
I was recently in a company where everyone received options as part of a bonus plan. Everyone sold off immediately. Of course, the company reported it as a cash payment....so nobody knows that "insiders" sold stock (or options, anyway).
At any rate, the stock rose 15 points since then.

>I wonder why nobody else posted that information? It sat there for a
few days totally ignored.<

I don't know about this really........except I did post my observation about the 200,000 and the 75,000 sales last Friday as I saw them. They could very well have been simply the profit taking of an individual investor....but, why so many all at once, and at that particular stage of the stock price history? My bet is that they were shares bought early on and traded now for profits. I can't see anyone buying that amount of shares in HDIE recently, only to sell them in what would amount to the very same trading range. This would raise another question: why didn't this investor sell them at 10? Because the investor honestly believed the price would soon exceed 10....and of course this is not the case?

Not too important to me really, just interesting.

Alright buddy. Good to see you suffering today with me too. I never paid "that" much attention to insider sales. Time to change my ways?
