Hi Joe, I'd not known anything about it until it showed up on one of my favorite lists - the Worst Performer's list in Value Line. It does seem a bit perverse to be always looking at the worst stocks to find some good potential, but as we all know, if the lemmings decide to jump, they all jump at once and that usually kills a stock temporarily. This one looked interesting. Time to do some studying! Thanks for the general review. Value Line said something about supplier problems in recent times. Maybe that's where the missed qtr. results started. Best regards, Tom
