Forget it Saju, if you won't look into him, then please move on. In the days to come, you will see on this thread hundreds of people who are fed up with his BS. He does more than lie, and pump and dump. He pumps, lies, dumps, lies, trashes, lies, buys, lies, pumps, lies, dumps, lies. Now, most of us experienced investors can see him for what he is (the group of them, that is), but since the internet doubles every 100 days, there are a lot of newbies, that get sucked into his game. On the TNRG thread he scare off a lot of people who had been long time shareholders by posting lies like "iminent R/S " coming. The CEO is a scam artist blah blah blah. Two months later it runs from 1.2 cents to 52 cents, and he admits he was buying the whole time. He screws people, and bullys SI into allowing him to continue. It is time that he be stopped. Yes the sec will get to him in good time, but with only 100 of them to battle online stock scams, it will be awhile.

You are still missing the point Saju. Plain & Simple he has disregarded all the rules that he AGREED to for his membership to be honored. We all have to abide by them or there are punitive actions as the end result. Ludicrous eg. if you murder someone you expect to go to jail- thats the rules -- you pull all the stunts that this idiot does, expect to have your privileges revoked as described in the terms of use on this site listed as the consequences for misuse. PLAIN & SIMPLE This is not a case of censorship or protecting stupid investors who don't have the brains to do proper research, it is clearly an individual being responsible for their actions. The penalty is made amply clear prior for misuse. Best Regards WB
