Pls explain in plain english what these 13gs represent. My point and concern is when one looks on the insidertrader.com site, one finds that Mr. Peck has owned his 4 million shares since 7-98. And, the site does not show any recent large insider purchases (which would include beneficial owners of more than (5%?). So, why is this bullish? Your post alludes to this, but I still find it quite confusing. Also, if there is a box to click to email the response to me, I would appreciate it.
