Looking at europe & asia, the selling isn't near being over. Just as we have had a melt up, we may now have a melt down.
Remember, the only thing driving the markets the last few months has been tech & i-net. A narrow advance can become a broad decline.
At any rate the rest of the week will not be boring.

Again, good stock picking is key.

Rande goes for the cheap shots!?! Rande what is going on??? I just read your post, please! You toss out nasty jabs and falsely take the objective middle postion, while assuming the reader to draw your first spoutted nasty conclusion, independantly. And that ain't straight, or genuine.

You call shorting the darker side, which you are disturbed by. IMO Shorting is just identifing a Pumped stock, it does not cause that stock to be at
that level. Somehow people are confusing the hype of Pumper and Dumpers with
Shorters. People who pump a stock to levels are CAUSING investors to spend a too
high of level for a share, a "shorter" just deals with the bloated price, after it already exists.

I have never lost money to a shorter, at least to any rational arguement I can figure out.

I HAVE lost money but buying a pumped up stock, only to see rational investors correct
the valuation.

Rande, I was with you all the way on PRFM but I got killed on the www launch day, I have alot of respect for your abilites. Still which you would have posted that day, I never did know what to do. I just wonder why you need to approach the shorter situation like you do.

Equating an upfront trader, with a "disturbing darkside of gangsters" is just a real "low blow" on your part. If you want to use your soapbox, how about go after the Pumper and Dumpers, they sucker people in too high in the first place.
