Arnie, not to quibble about a penny but full value assuming a 15 million dollar tax loss carryforward would be estimated at 40% or 6 cents a share, which we could reasonably discount to 5 cents or so to make it worthwhile to the buyer.

I'd still argue additional value to the right buyer as well. The ideal candidate would be a private company, already profitable or planning to be soon, wanting to go public easily and quickly. They could buy the shell and change the name later. I also doubt that all of the lawsuit potential is promised to Singer, the lawyers and employee's backpay. IMO there should still be a few million to spare since they are going for the 10 million penalty figure.

TMM also still has the right to use the video/data database engine they sold to Stellar Solutions. Maybe not the only one of its kind but a very slick database program that I've seen in action and its still being used in new products.

Maybe still a few more dollars for odds and ends like Virtual Graceland and Trudef, although that one may have reverted to AMCI, I'm not sure. And if they could actually get things rolling again with Chili, Tom, Dave and Dan back in the saddle together a whole lot of other scenerios are possible.

And what about us? This stock comes complete with every kind of shareholder known to man. Even the extremely rare type that bash their own stock. The entertainment value alone has to be worth something.
