The Cuban houses appear to be for the subsidized market, not those who take on a mortgage. Two different markets. Quite honestly, I'd rather build for the poor and be paid by the government than depend on private individuals to purchase a brokered product, which is what A.H. is selling. You can make more money dealing with the gov't.

Well I know you have swallowed this malarkey about marketing these homes to Belizean Americans. **slurp*** **lick** **ummmmm** But just how many retirees are you expecting to retire to this little jungle/swamp enclave 13 miles from town and the picturesque beaches. 1800? And of course they will all want to live together there. I am laughing too hard at this number to even type the higher number claimed for the later phases.
