I assume that you feel that the downside is limited -- at least for now.

Let me know when you think that a bottom of sorts is in place so that I can implement the OEX strategy that I told you about. All that I am looking for is a bottom that will hold until options expire.

it doesn't seem to break 1220. Is it looking like a failed rally to you? Must break 1228 today for upside.
