Douglas: Thank you for the reply. On what date was the disclosure statement, and in you opinion has anything happened since that may change that. The Vimonta deal may be for shares. Financing may be for shares. Options may be outstanding. Compensation and payment of expenses may be in shares. The management of share capital is quite important to me. It is not necessarily the quantity, but the attitude towards dillution and the price management puts on this share capital. I have no reason to believe dillution is occuring, but having no reply from Mr. John in this regard does concern me. jmt
