I have explained it in the past, but I am sure it is well buried in this thread by now.....easier to re-do it! :)

OK, deal is that if the TICK rises 1200 points or better from a low to the new high within 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes of establishing low (not necessarily the low of the day, but a fairly substantial low)....there usually will be a 10 point drop in the SPOO from the newly established high. Now, the main problem is that this does not tell you where that high will be, only that from that point, whereever it is, you should have a 10 point decline. It is good in predicting direction only....so if you can grab a piece of the decline, that is great.

PS - Those conditions were almost established this morning with the low in the TICK of about -1000 and the subsequent high of almost 100.
