Hi Rande

I have a stock that I think fits the fishing thread quite nicely.
Jaws technology JAWZ otc bb.Jaws is currently trading in the $.60 cent range Jaws is an encryption company based out of Calgary AB.The company has aprox 11 million shares outstanding, and approx 3 million in the float, and NO DEBT.Jaws is in the final stages of becoming a fully reporting company.Jaws technology is a very young company 1 year old.Jaws encryption was developed by a guy out of Calgary by the name of Jim Morrison (not the singer) before Jaws came on the scene the highest level of encryption was 128 bit.Jaws level of Encryption is an amazing 4096 bit.Last spring Jaws felt so sure of them selves that they had a study completed by SNC Lavalin, with report in hand they went to their insurance company and the insurance company issued them a policy for 5 million dollars to ANYONE that could break their code. The challenge lasted 2 months and no one was able to break the code,They even received attempts from the US military.
With the ever growing danger of hackers on the internet Jaws timing seems to be impeccable Jaws made a news release on Tuesday that they had solved a problem that Microsoft outlook has with their product,Microsoft said they would have a solution by the year 2000,and Jaws came up with the solution in three weeks.

Here is the link to Jaws home page it is very informative and can explain things much better than I can.http://www.jawstech.com/
Jaws is at a very crucial stage in their young life, they have come a long way in the last year.Jaws is very close to making an announcement on a deal with Earnst & Young that will give them instant credibility. The president Robert Kubberous is currently in England he was taken there by a large US based software company,to meet with a major Telecomunications company,he will be coming back shortly with what we hope will be significant news.Once back Robert and one of the directors are off to the US towards the end of the month. They will be putting on a presentation to NARVC(National Association Regulatory Utility Commision),this will be extremly exciting for Jaws.
Jaws has set things up very well for themselves, they have given themselves a very good advantage by setting up shop in Canada.US companies cannot export any encryption that is over 128 bit, because Jaws is a Canadian company they can export their World leading 4096 bit Technology anywhere in the world including the US.Jaws has some tremendous people on their board including Julia Johnson (see bio on jaws web site).Jaws has even gone so far as think of us small investors. They have even but a person on their thread on silicon investor to answer everyones questions. He is bbruin (Barrie Einerson) Barrie was an investor like myself,he developed such a passion for the company constantly phoning digging for information and doing an excellent job of informing the Jaws thread that they hired him.
Well you are probably all saying this is to good to be true!Well its true.If someone told me I could only pick one stock this year it would be Jaws hands down.
Have a look I am sure you will like what you see.
For further info Jaws can be contacted at
1-888-301-5297 ask for Bill Calsbeck or Barrie Einerson
regards j

Rande...Quick note...

I invest heavily in micro and small cap (including many bb's).....The less than forthright promotions and outright scams unfortunately cast aspersions on all bb- companies....many of these bb's are just companies trying to finance their aspirations.....

However, I found one I really like that I'm sure you already heard about...TSIG....that IMO really will go "places"....

Please take a look...

Hear is some additional info regarding TSIG from "my" thread the "Cyberian Gulag"

Link....https://www.siliconinvestor.com/readmsg.aspx?msgid=7709618

Content:

Some points..

1. Cohesive is designing new websites...Cohesive previously worked on web sites for MSFT and Netscape amongst others and is backed by top Venture Capital firm....Cohesive member John Hwang also has joined TSIG board of directors....

Link to news regarding Hwang..

biz.yahoo.com

2. Regarding CASH situation...company had pp of $10 mil...though has only used $2.5 mil....Terms ie the 8-K were filed with SEC but haven't appeared in Edgar yet.. Babe Ruth League deal may lesson need for all of PP money. BR deal is an amazing demonstration of the "Card" concept... Read through the PR regarding this deal....Figure you have 900,000 wide eyed children selling $10 music cards....like Girl Scouts selling cookies...now if only 300,000 kids participate and sell only 20 cards each...that's $5 X 300,000 times 20 equals 30 mill from card sales alone...Now why buy the card> Aside from helping kids pay for their baseball league, the card has TSIG website address where card holders go and buy their next 20 cd's for just $10.99 which is n average the cheapest price for cd's on the internet....Plus the music card...is just the beginning....

Many are projecting that TSIG will be profitable by the second quarter with significant earnings ...Now compare that to AMZN...Again "the card" is a "no" cost marketing device that retains customers...

This link further explains the "card"

3. Float is large....but not such a bad thing since this minimizes manipulation...However note that a number of other thread participants also have large holdings ...so the float isn't as large as it may appear..

4. Regarding asset liability ...the company is fully reporting...Note that in the last filing...liabilities were reduced I believe 72%...and the filing doesn't even account for CCI acquisition which was an acquisition of a profitable company with an active group of users already in place..Nor does the filing account for any recent activities.

5. Finally note that former thread participant Dixie7777 has provided excellent field reports..

Also note that REW has visited company a couple of times and just recently reported a lenghty report on his meeting with the CEO Rob Gordon...
