After reading the 8-K, I see nothing new or alarming in the report. Isn't the AMEX delisting based on past results and not future expectations? Even if CYI expects to become profitable in the 1Q/2Q '99, AMEX would still be required to delist CYI. That is my understanding. The revenue expectations for the 4Q were $10M at one time. Has that changed? If not, I'm still very comfortable with my investment in this company. Mark
