Again, you ignored the thrust of my post. In any case, he could easily have settled, and the PR damage of ridding himself of "a nuisance suit" would have been minimal. I am sorry that you have decided that I am "smugly self- righteous", although unsurprised. There had to be something wrong with me, so that you could have an excuse to dismiss me. I do think, though, that you should have enough self- respect not to be so thin- skinned, when you are so habitually snide, and delight in hurling imprecations at your enemies, and when you have persisted in making charges against me that are false, even if only by including me in your broad brush ridicule.
