Even if they do development drilling around this site, I don't think it will amount to a big play. If they do discover more gas in the area, you still have too many players dividing this pie. The best case scenario would require a monster deposit so that each participant can have a meaningful share of revenue and cash flow. It's likely to have a negligible impact on their yearly cash flow and be costly to develop. That's only my opinion and can certainly be wrong. We shall find out over the course of the next year or so. In the meantime, good luck.
