the reason you may not have gotten an answer back to your question is because the share issue has been discussed at length in earlier posts No offense, but I don't accept that. First, I do not depend on posters for financial information from the company. That should be disclosed by the company for public record. Second, much has changed since then. Finally, it is the easiest information for the company to provide. No audit is required, just the intention to be forthright with shareholders. jmt
