SOWK announced today biz.yahoo.com SEATTLE, Feb. 10 /PRNewswire/ -- SoundWorks International, Inc., (OTC Bulletin Board: SOWK - news) -- a multi-media entertainment, manufacturing and marketing content company -- announces that its Board of Directors has authorized a dividend of four shares for each share currently held, effective as of the close of business on Thursday, February 11, 1999. My question is this... Do you think the price will go up tomorrow cause of the 4-1 stock issuance...Or does it fall do to the dilution this will bring in??? Interesting to watch it..
