Jim,
I think this is almost standard procedure.Look at another one on the VSE for MMR.It has a symbol also but does not trade there that I know of.I think it is a symbol reservation thing or courtesy by the Nasdaq OTC BB.Now if it were the Nasdaq small cap or big board then we could raise the roof....LOL

Jim,

I believe it is a symbol "reservation" so-to-speak ..... interestingly, I believe soon you will see the "F" omitted on the NASDAQ exchange. This, as you likely know, is used to designate foreign stocks ..... a recent complaint was heard from foreign companies, that this designation unfairly branded them as more risky then domestic stocks .... so it was agreed it would be done away with. About time ... they pay the same to be there - if it is good enough to listed - then identifying it as "foreign" does seem inappropriate.

Jim,

Re: pink sheets

I found out that (much to my surprise) a company can be listed on the pink sheets and be traded with very little company involvement .... to be honest I am not sure how this works. I must invertigate further. I am having a friend up from the States Sunday ... I'll see if he has any more info.
