Bill,

I looked at Tava and they seem to be growing. I respect your experience so can you tell me why you think that company is a fraud.

Always Learning,
Patricia

ABTE soon going to zero.

If anyone wants a lesson in stock manipulation and the ability of gullible investors to prop up worthless stocks...take a look at ABTE.

I consider ABTE the greatest gift-horse short since ZITL was trading in the double digits. There is zero doubt the company is effectively bankrupt. We now have a situation similar to a brain-dead patient that still has a heartbeat. The only question that now remains is when we can bury this piece of garbage.

The company has missed its deadline to file its 10-K. It's auditors have resigned (one of several to do so). It's debt instruments are in default, and the company has no valuable assets in excess of debt. There is a real possibility of a never-cover situation here (similar to CYBG).
