Funny you post such non sense when your firm handles stockholder class action suits. Many the masses in this room will be in demand for your services because we have found out the truth. So break out your bible counselor and give your oath to tell the truth and the whole truth so help me God. Does the firm approve of you pumping worthless penny stocks or do they represent SFLK?

Eric, I am glad to hear you are a Lawyer...
These guys remind me of Attila the Huns and his cohorts. I am willing to chip in a few thousands Dollars into a money pool to start legal proceedings against these barbarians. From what I have read so far on this and other threads, they may have left themselves wide open to serious legal pursuits by investors of the Companies targeted. Another avenue is to complain to the SI Webmaster and have them barred for the disruption they create. SI should also be careful who they admit, as they could become legally responsible in these matters. What do you and other serious investors on this thread think??
Regards, F. Goelo + + +

Thanks eric for the reply. Do you represent any of these Micros in your practice. I think having a securities lawyer on SI could be a great plus. As you know alot of people here, myself included don't completely understand securities law and the some of the particulars involving reverse mergers, aquisition of shells, 504 filings. etc.
