Wexler some stock promotion scheme. The stock "ran up" to a whole 8 3/4 before trading down to 6 5/8 at todays close - lol. TAVA does not know how to increase shareholder value never mind launch a stock promotion scheme. Individual investors? If TAVA longs had that type of influence, power and guile the stock would be trading at $20+. You say you have made much money shorting TAVA - I could care less. Obviously you are of the "short mindset" and if one is so inclined there are many stocks, even higher quality, that money can be made on the short side. You say that TAVA the company is not a Fraud but someone or some entity is perpetuating a Stock Promotion Scheme (this seems like a change from you did their attorneys contact you?). However, you go on to say the following: "Unlike zealots who follow fraudulent companies or overhyped companies". Wexler which is it? Is the Company fraudulent or has someone concocted a fraudulent stock promotion scheme? You must first get it straight in your own mind if you hope to convince this good board of your diluded theory. As far as selling CPU because you own it. LOL, I was being facetious. You do not have the type of influence or respect from me that would cause me to sell what I believe to be a winning long position (in time).

Bill,

You have taken a large short position because TAVA is still under $10 and thus, not worthy of large scale institutional support.

You also have benefited from the nasty chart evident in KEA, which is certainly not a fraud (or are you willing to say that KEA is a scam?)

TAVA tracks KEA. And KEA is the bellwether for the entire Y2K sector. Don't count this sudden downturn in the sector as some form of justification for shorting TAVA based upon it being a fraud.

You certainly don't find many "frauds" who can claim 10% of Fortune 1000 companies as their clients in one respect or another. And don't try and say you weren't calling TAVA a fraud before because you were.
As for promotion, there has been none. NADA!... ZILCH!... NOTHING!!

That has been what has provided you the opportunity to short this stock and make some spare change. TAVA's problem is that IT IS NOT BEING MORE UPFRONT about what it has going on. You can HARDLY ACCUSE TAVA OF BEING HYPISH!! They don't even provide the basic information to their shareholders other than what is mandated by the SEC and tragic necessity when their stock price is hammered by you opportunistic shorts.

And even you have to be impressed that they pulled off .25/share. I seem to remember last year you didn't expect they could achieve that level of earnings.

Short away... I'll be watching the TA and waiting for the chance to possibly squeeze you a bit, while picking up some of the stock at discount prices. Looking forward to the day when you are caught short and squeezed beyond belief by a surprise news release.

Btw, a special message to David Sosiack...

"Bite ME!!"

Regards,

Ron
