Amen Seth! Wish they would shout to the rooftops... I don't need names either, but heck, this business is very difficult to understand for the layman... why not help them understand? MAKE THESE THINGS CLEAR. I've sent several emails to Hellen on this issue. I'm sure they heard me.. but I guess they have chosen this path for a reason. One that I don't understand. Don't get me wrong... I'm very deep into FTEL and support them 100% - but it doesn't hurt to discuss such issues. Mitch

Please be advised that, on behalf of Michael Zwebner, we have issued a subpoena on Silicon Investor (“SI”) commanding SI to disclose your true identities. Pursuant to Rule 4 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, as a result of your failure to waive service of a judicial summons upon you, the court will impose upon you all costs incurred by Mr. Zwebner to effect service of the summons. The expense of subpoenaing Silicon Investor will be included among the costs you will be required to pay. You may avoid liability for further costs by returning the waiver of service form to my attention forthwith.
