The K7 doesn't nothing specific regarding video graphics. It does address the weak floating-point, but that's not a video-thing, it's just something that AMD needed to do for a long time.

I personally don't think AMD will continue to enhance 3DNow if they decide on supporting Pentium III's new instructions in the future. It's way too risky for AMD to simply blow off the Pentium III's new instructions and goes for new 3DNow enhancements.
