Cheif Elio,

Just looking at the latest Level II you posted regarding our MM b/a prices. If I read it correctly, there's really only 6 out of the 14 MMs that are truly active in the stock.

These 6 have prices in the .05 (b) to .072 (a) range. The rest are well outside of these figures. Is this normal?? NASDAQ's MM rules and regulations are "stringent" (using their word) and that each MM makes a "commitment to buy and sell the securities in which they make markets." This doesn't seem to be the case.

Any thoughts??

Chief Rory.
