That's the point I was trying to make. Stacking the legal deck totally in favor of the accusers and leaving the defendant basically defenseless makes a mockery of our judicial system. I know someone personally who's life was nearly ruined by a false accusation of molestation. No matter how disgusting the alleged transgression happens to be, any erosion of the rights of individuals to a fair trial, with presumption of innocence until proven otherwise, is a blow to all the liberties we cherish and take for granted.
