starting in Europe first. I've been lurking and am long. Because UPCOY opens in Europe first, I'm wondering if we're not going to be restricted to whatever gain occurs there. With the low float on NASDAQ, and the US appetite for IPOs it might have been better to open here? Are the Europeans not a bit more reserved in their buying of IPOs? But then maybe 20x oversubscribed speaks for itself.....

Steve: Here are today's IPO's 12:36 ET Healtheon Corp. (HLTH) 32 +24: Issue opens sharply above $8 IPO price 11:50 ET IPO Movers: Both VerticalNet Inc. (VERT 43 5/8 +27 5/8) and Prodigy Communications (PRGY 26 +11) climb to new intraday highs. And these were the IPO's that the street was saying were luke warm. Man can't wait for tomorrows HOT IPO.
