With appointment of new CEO for CPU Direct, there must be definitive plans
on how CPU will handle the spin-off.
Are shareholders going to receive new shares in this spin-off ???
Is CPU going to maintain some ownership in the soon to be new CPU Direct ???

I just do not want to be forced to put up new money in CPU.
I do not want an ipo demanding I invest new money or lose an equity stake
in the coming spin-off. I would believe that I am not alone and CPU would
drop in price if CPU management tries to force current shareholders to
ante up more money just to maintain todays current equity stake.

Sure is a nice day

What a day, spent all day stuffing the envelops. Checks are in the mail and I am broke!! :)))

Blank, still long the 1K shares. We should have sold @14 and buying them back now.
