I tend to agree that this valuation is probably in excess... $1.3 billion is a bit extreme for USAT... however, nobody said the market makes sense... look at Yahoo or Amazon... they aren't worth their market caps either! And just to be clear... I'm sure you know this, but your post seems to be a bit misleading... just because the market cap is 1.3 billion, that doesn't mean the company has that money to work with! You are right.. if anyone had that much money you could build a fine network.. but that money isn't there. It is the value of all of the outstanding stock at the current price. And, no offense, it would take longer than a month or two to replicate this... especially with 1000 telecom execs... ever tried to work with that many execs? you'll get 1000 different opinions! GRIN.
