well well Ingram Micro, one of the world's leading software distributors, currently distributes Softlink, Inc.'s products in North America, hope their sales are not coming from there. Seems a past relationship should have been disclosed.

Calypso - Since I've only shorted a handful of stocks in my life, I'm not very knowledgable on the subject. An unmet maintenance call would seem to be the primary reason for a forced cover, but I'm sure there must be others. Can anyone else respond? Maybe Bear? Thanks - Eric
