Yes. The stock will be 10x the closing price of Feb. 22, That is why I did scenario #2 a few posts back. If they reversed and the stock price was.40 the per share price would be $4. At first sight you don't loose any cash and could actually gain some if they can maintain the stock price or walk it up. The loss comes in when the dillution of the 100,000,000 shares kicks in. SHTV is not reporting and does not have to disclose these terms. Think about this the owners of SHTV already own TriCom pictures. Very much like loaning yourself a dollar then refusing to pay yourself back. " I owe myself a dollar, I want it now, but I refuse to pay". These guys are gonna be in trouble..they are basically making $10,000,000 (at least) off of this transaction at SHTV's shareholders expense. Hold if you like, I personally am out and glad to be out. Then again I have been wrong before..just begging to get out of a stock at a respectable level, only to watch it go to the moon a few months later. IMO

freak!!

They start out at 10X the closing price before the split, but I've never seen one not come down hard afterwards. The way things are going now it may be in for a bounce back later on. JMHO!
