FWIW, I've looked for the product in southern Ohio, where I live, and still haven't seen a tube of the stuff, I thought I might try some. I suppose it's a viable product. I haven't seen any ads either, but my wife said she saw one.

Quick note-
I live in Western New York.
Yesterday I went to the local Vix drug store-
Large center aisle display for Enamelon with very few tubes missing from the shelf. Full $2.50 rebate for the 2.8 oz size which was selling for $2.49. They're still paying you to try the product. ;-)
