Hi Pallisard and all,

I'm back! Spent some time away from Valence playing some pennies, and cleaning up on a few even. I think enough time has passed for Lev and the blokes to finally have refined that ol' poly recipe to perfection, so I took most of my CMOZ winnings and spent them back here today at 6 15/16. (Bought CMOZ at $0.12 and sold some at $4.)

Thanks to Rich Wolf and all you other technical folks for filling me in so well on news, and on the SH meeting. Having bounced around to many boards in the past two months, I have a new appreciation for this one. Larry, you're a great asset here. Really appreciate all the analyses that have been happening. All you guys.

Now let's go get 'em--I mean SELL 'em!

I can guess which way if everyone reads the 10-Q. I haven't been this depressed in a long time. It will really take some good news to make up for what I just read. Why did I ever buy this stock? They have no contracts and have nothing ready to meet specifications. See page 6. "The company presently has no products available for sale." And further on, "There can be no assurance that any products can be developed or manufactured at an acceptable cost and with appropriate performance characteristics, or that such products will be successfully marketed." Now I ask you, will that make anyone want to run right out and buy this cash hungry company when officers admit they have nothing to sell? Too bad more financial questions were not covered at the meeting. Come on, share holders, give me some cheering up!

Read the bottom of page 6 in the 10-Q. Besides being starved for cash they have no products for sale nor can they give us any assurance that they can develop or manufacture any at an acceptable cost, etc., etc. Wish they had reported these handicaps at the shareholders meeting. They don't expect any cash flow for nine more months. What's going to make this turkey go up? "The company presently has no product available for sale." Anyone saddened by this news?
