Who is still in power?? Janet Reno?? Well, then I guess you know who to blame, don't ya? It sure ain't Larry Potts, who was generously permitted to resign in order to prevent further embarrassment to his peers and supervisors. He should have been prosecuted, but alas politics came into play. Again, you know who to blame, and it ain't the Republicans who were in an uproar about this crap as well. But then again, we have the Aryan Nations, the Patriot Movement, and a bunch of other whiter separatists/supremists moving their little fannies to northern Idaho (much to the dismay of the locals who have been there for years.) Face it, the world ain't fair and not everyone gets what they deserve. But then again, there is an embarrassing memory that will constrain the actions of future law enforcement officers in the future. Btw, what do you think about the cops who plugged the guy in NYC last week with 19 rounds (out of 41 fired). He wasn't even packing a firearm and he has no prior arrest record. Where is your outcry there? Where is the outcry over officers who speed down the highway on the merry way, but the minute you encroach upon the forbidden speed zone, they'll pull you over and write you up?? Do you think this is anything new?? When has there ever been a time in our history where those in power have not abused that power?? When you discover Utopia, let me know.
